Grounding Page
Feeling stuck? Take a moment to visit one of your grounding pages, where you can reconnect with what grounds you. Then, recentered, you can move out in the direction that is needed in this moment.
In Cosmic Smash Booking, a grounding page is one which reminds you of what brings you to center, what gives you peace, what or who connects you to the earth and to this moment. In my case, gardening in the rain 🙂 You can’t see them, but there are a thousand tiny silver raindrops on that page. An interesting exercise 🙂
