Hello! I am Deb, your friendly neighbourhood Soul Gardener. I’m a certified Co-Active life coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation, and I’m training as a certified Cosmic Smash Book Guide with Catt Z.
I coach change leaders who want to lead themselves first. In English, French and German, I help clients recharge and remember their dreams. We meet online to explore what’s important, what needs attention, and how to create a way forward toward abundance, meaning and joy.
I help you explore new perspectives and do weekly experiments to apply your strengths. Together, we turn pesky inner critics into allies or tourists, and build up the voice of your inner mentor. My special pleasure is mentor-coaching ICF and Co-Active certification candidates.
My first career, in Canada, was as an agile software trainer, coach, and programmer. In parallel, I also studied at Concordia, Canada’s top Fine Arts university. In 2007 I discovered one-on-one coaching as my true calling. In 2009 I married Ilja Preuß and moved to southern Germany, where it all comes together now, as I quietly putter around in my art studio and garden, between coaching calls with my amazing clients.
